Colmena Pump

The Colmena Pump is a multipurpose non-clog type pump designed to be used with water to raise coffee to a certain height and to transport the coffee horizontally.

Colmena Pumps can be used for any/a combination of the following functions through suitable piping design:

Transportation of fruit from the collection and weighing yards to the fruit tank prior to pulping.
Transportation of pulped skins to filter tanks for water recovery and pulp disposal.
Transportation of wet parchment from fermentation and soaking tanks to drying yards.
Pumping and recirculation of water.
Transportation of wet parchment from one fermentation tank to another, thereby providing a mild washing action.

The open-faced bronze impeller has been designed to eliminate damage during pumping. The blade profile ensures that the beans in a gelatinous state have smooth entry and exit from the pump. The pump is used with 50% solids and 50% water condition.

Eco Mini Wet Plant

Eco Mini Wet Plant caters to small growers who process up to 1000 kgs of ripe coffee cherry per hour.

It consists of

Single Disc Pulper: This yields excellent results while minimizing water usage and avoiding cuts or nips.
Rotary Sieve: This separates any unpulped coffee or skins from the good coffee.
Mucilage Remover: This removes the mucilage from the parchment coffee, making it clean and ready for soaking/drying.
Pump: This recycles the transport water to the syphon tank.
The plant has a capacity of more than one tonne of cherry per hour, is very low maintenance, and has robust construction for long-lasting durability.
It requires low water consumption and power requirements.
It uses spares common to other pulp mills, eliminating the need for elaborate civil construction.
The plant renders coffee squeaky clean with just one pass-through washer, eliminating the need for re-passing. A 6-hour soaking is recommended after washing.
Overall, the Eco Mini Wet Plant is a cost-effective and efficient solution for small-scale coffee processing.

It consists of

Rotary Sieve: It cleans the coffee, separating skins and unpulped coffee fruits from the good coffee.
Mucilage Remover: To remove the mucilage from the parchment coffee leaving the coffee squeaky clean, ready for soaking, or to take straight to the drying yard.

Trishool Mini Wet Plant

Trishool Mini Wet Plant comprises of a Green Cherry Separator, a Single-Disc Pulper, and a Mini Washer. This unique piece of equipment segregates green cherries, pulps, and washes coffee in a single run, thereby saving processing time and enhancing quality by completely eliminating green cherries from ripe coffee cherries.

It Consists of

The Green Cherry Separator: This machine has been designed to segregate green cherries from ripe coffee cherries.
Single Disc Pulpers: Used to pulp ripe coffee cherry to parchment disc. Pulpers require a minimum amount of water for pulping. The water can be recirculated and reused after filtering skins.
Mucilage Remover: This small washer removes the mucilage from the parchment coffee leaving the produce squeaky clean, ready for soaking, or to take straight to the drying yard.
