Precleaner Destoner

The Precleaner Destoner is a machine designed to remove heavier materials such as stones, glass, and metal from food grains and other dry granular materials. This is achieved by segregating the product into heavier and lighter fractions using forced air through the bed of material. The deck vibrates using an unbalanced vibratory motor mounted at the center of the machine. The inclination of the vibrating deck and stroke of eccentric motion can be finely adjusted to achieve optimal separation. A wide range of deck screens are available for specific applications, and adjustments can be easily made with minimal operator training.

The machine is equipped with several features including a separate aspiration system with a cyclone, blower, air lock valve, etc., to prevent dust in the room. Clean product and stone discharge spouts are provided, and windows are available for product viewing. Additionally, the deck inclination and stroke can be finely adjusted, and airflow and feed rate can be easily controlled.
